Instant Weight Loss Barley Chila
- 1 Cup Barley flour
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Take 1 cup barley flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Then add spices in it like Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder.
- Mix all the spices in barley flour.
- Now add finely chopped carrot, capsicum, and onion.
- Now add water and make a smooth paste. Don't add too much water.
- Now check the salt if required add more.
- Heat a pan on a low to medium flame.
- Now grease the pan with extra virgin olive oil with the help of a brush.
- Put a small amount of batter in a pan and give it a round shape and cook for at least 8 min on a low flame.
- Now turn around and cook from another side for 2 to 3 min.
