You will make some other recipes also with this healthy moong dal like chila, soup, etc. It contains a lot of vitamins like vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-6, and Vitamin C. This moong dal is also very good for skin also.


  1. Add 1 cup of washed green moong dal in the cooker and keep your gas stove closed while doing this method.
  2. Now add 5-6 chopped garlic cloves and 1 chopped green chili in this.
  3. Now add finely chopped one tomato and after adding this we need to add all spices in this stage without turning the gas on.
  4.  Add 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger powder, and after that add 1 ltr water in it and close the lid of the cooker.
  5.  Now switch on the flame and cook dal till the arrival of 4 whistles.
  6. After 4 whistles check your dal if it cooks well or not if not then cook for more 5 minutes.
  7. Now garnish with some coriander leaves and eat it and lose weight.

  • 5 pcs garlic cloves
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Corriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 ltr Water


  • Add 1 cup washed moong dal in a cooker.
