Instant weight loss barley chila is made with barley flour which is very good to lose weight fast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Barley flour
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 cup barley flour in a large mixing bowl.
  • Then add spices in it like Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder.
  • Mix all the spices in barley flour.
  • Now add finely chopped carrot, capsicum, and onion.
  • Now add water and make a smooth paste. Don't add too much water.
  • Now check the salt if required add more.
  • Heat a pan on a low to medium flame.
  • Now grease the pan with extra virgin olive oil with the help of a brush.
  • Put a small amount of batter in a pan and give it a round shape and cook for at least 8 min on a low flame.
  • Now turn around and cook from another side for 2 to 3 min.
  • Now instant weight loss barley chila is ready you can serve it with curd.

Notes

  • You can add more spices if you want.
  • Don't replace Himalayan pink salt with white salt.
  • You can add more vegetables according to your choice.
  • Barley contains fiber so if you are allergic to gluten then use gluten-free barley or you can skip this barley recipe.
